Age Requirement

The purchase of alcohol by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited by law. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase wine or spirits. By placing an order through our website, you are representing yourself to us as at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom it is being shipped is at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity before processing an order.

Title to the wine you order passes to you as soon as it leaves our doors; it is up to you to know the relevant laws in your state.

An adult signature with proof of age verification is required at time of delivery. Please be aware that someone over the age of 21 must be available to sign for the package. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will not be left. Because of this, we suggest you ship to a work address. We cannot ship wine to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Carrier and Delivery Times

We ship UPS Ground and 2nd Day:

• Ground Service - approximately 1-6 business days in transit
• 2nd Day Air - 2 business days in transit

Under normal circumstances, most orders will be processed the day following your online order. We can usually ship your order within 2 to 4 days (not including holidays and weekends) after it has been processed. Depending on your location, your order will be an additional 1-5 business days in transit. If there will be a delay longer than that, we will contact you immediately via email.

For 2nd Day Air orders (in-stock items) received Monday thru Thursday before noon, your orders will be shipped same day for delivery within 2 business days.

For 2nd Day Air orders (out of stock items), your order will be processed upon arrival. Your order will be shipped the day of arrival or next day.

During times of extremely hot or cold weather, we recommend using 2nd Day or Next Day shipping to avoid having your order be exposed to the extremes of hot and cold for an extended period in transit. Please Note: We are not responsible for wine that arrives damaged due to heat or cold, so please plan accordingly when you choose your shipping option.

WineStyles Irvine assumes no liability whatsoever for any loss, deterioration or damage to the goods stored or staged, caused by conditions beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, wars, insurrections, natural disasters or the reckless, negligent or intentional acts of third parties.

For items shipping to addresses within the 48 contiguous states, the cost for standard shipping, handling, and insurance is calculated based on weight, shipping supplies, and value of product being shipped. Products to be shipped outside the 48 contiguous states (including AK, HI, PR and APO/FPO addresses) require additional shipping charges that will be billed to your credit card. You must provide us with your street address, as UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

We can ship accessories to all 50 states.

Most stock items are shipped within 48 hours and will arrive in approximately 7 working days. Most items are shipped by UPS. However, if you need it immediately, please ask about our 2 Day Air Charges. You will be notified of any delay over 30 days.

Restricted States

Please note that some states have laws on the shipment of alcohol that prohibit us from shipping to addresses in those states. We cannot ship alcoholic beverages to: Massachusetts, New Jersey.

Billing Information

Orders placed on this website are not final. Your credit card is not charged automatically. A charge is put on your credit card after the product has been packed and the order is deemed complete. Please note that all credit cards are verified. You must provide a billing address that corresponds to the credit card you are using. If the billing address does not match the credit card you will be informed and the order will not be processed until we hear from you.

Shipping and Handling Costs

The shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time the order is placed. If you would like to know the shipping cost to a particular area please e-mail us your zip code and number of bottles. Prices of our wines do not include shipping/handling charges, which vary depending on destination, number of bottles ordered and choice of delivery options. Our shipping containers hold 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, or 12 bottles of wine. We recommend you keep this in mind when ordering as an odd number (7, for instance) will be shipped in the bigger box, therefore increasing the weight and shipping charges.

Other Notable Information

Although the online inventory is always being maintained and updated, there are certain situations that may occur that are out of our control. Given the high volume nature of our business and the finite availability of some wines, please be aware that without notice there may be a vintage change or an out-of-stock situation with any of the wines that you order. Should that happen we would notify you by e-mail before your order is processed.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Availability is subject to stock on hand. We are not responsible for typographical errors and reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing. We also reserve the right to limit quantities.

California state sales tax of 7.75% will be applied to all orders shipping within California. New Hampshire state sales tax of 7.75% will be applied to all orders shipping to New Hampshire.

BY LAW, we are unable to accept returns on wine unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept returns on wine that has been damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all cancelled orders. Futures and pre-arrivals cannot be cancelled once order has been confirmed.

It is WineStyle Irvine's policy to keep our mailing list and all customer information confidential. We do not share or sell our mailing list or customer information with any other organizations.

All orders placed on WineStyles Irvine's (www.winestylesirvine.com) website are secure. Orders are encrypted and transmitted through the use of SSL (secure socket layer) protocol. Therefore all personal information and credit card numbers are safe when being transmitted over the Internet.

Legal Disclaimer

The buyer assumes title of the wines once purchased. By arranging for transportation of the wine, we are providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine and other goods purchased and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of having the wine shipped to him or her.
